Craig Follett is a highly experienced health, safety, and security professional with over 25 years of experience in mining operations, safety leadership, and emergency response. Throughout his career, Craig has held both frontline and management roles, giving him a strong understanding of workplace safety from both operational and strategic perspectives.  

Craig’s background includes leadership roles in safety management, maintenance supervision, and loss prevention within large industrial and mining operations. He has also served in emergency response leadership as a Fire Chief and active firefighter and previously worked as a Fire Control Systems Technician with the Department of National Defense. Craig holds a NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) designation.

With expertise in safety program development, incident investigations, site inspections, emergency response planning, and a wide range of safety training, Craig brings a practical, field-driven approach to workplace safety that supports both worker wellbeing and operational excellence.
